Bed and Breakfast Recipe-Tarragon Quiche

baked quiche

This is a favorite of guest and so easy to make. Now I have to admit, I don’t cook by recipes just go by smell and sight mostly, so this might not be exact for you, but it should do fine.  I use 1 sheet puff pastry for my shell and place in a sprayed pie pan.  In a bowl, I mix 4 fresh farm eggs, probably would be large if I bought them, wisk together then add about 1/2 cup half and half, wisk again and pour into pie pan.  Salt and then add dried tarragon till the smell is strong. Bake in a 350* oven for about 30 minutes till it puffs up pretty and crust is a light golden brown. Cut and serve with fresh fruit and a biscuit.  The smell cooking will make anyone hungry.enjoy!
