Reservations are held with a $53.00 charge per night on your Visa or MC. Balance will be due upon your stay, preferred payment with Cash or Check.
Cancellations received 14 days before arrival will receive a refund, less a $15 handling fee. Those cancelling inside 14 days, the full charge will be made, unless we can rebook your room. Please understand when you cancel, we loose our income and can not make up a
night once it has passed.

Even though we are Brownwood residents, this is such a peaceful, great retreat! It feels like we are really out of town.
