Peppermint Bark

12oz of chocolate chips (good brand) 1pound white chocolate chips, 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract, 1/2 c. crushed peppermint (old fashion sticks best)

Preheat over to 250, line cookie sheet with foil lightly spray. Spread the chocolate chips evenly on foil, place in oven about 5 min. till soft, now spread out on the cookie sheet, place in refrigerator to cool till firm about 20 min.

Melt white chocolate chips in microwave or dbl. boiler, add the extract stir in good. Let this sit to cool for just a minute while you crush the peppermint candy. Now spread quickly the white chocolate over the dark and top with peppermint chips. Chill till firm then break into pieces.
