I made Bananas Foster French toast this morning for guest and it was really tasty. I love to cook with rum as it flavors so nicely. It’s very simple, add butter to a pan and melt, add your sliced bananas brown a little add a few tablespoons of brown sugar and slowly pour in the rum and simmer. I usually add a little extra rum to make a syrup to spoon over the french toast. Then top this on top of your french toast and it’s great.
